For The Cause
Millions of believers – Thousands of Churches – Dozens of Languages – One Voice
Thank you to all who participated in the second annual Global Hymn Sing, Sunday, June 25!
On June 25, almost 600,000 believers representing 67 countries joined in singing the hymn “For the Cause” in their worship gatherings as an act of solidarity for Global Missions. Over 25 distinct language groups were represented, and this year’s hymn sing focused on investing in the next generation of worshippers, especially featuring over 30,000 children helping to lead their congregations.
It is with great excitement that we present to you the official montage video for the #GlobalHymnSing 2017 (above)!
While this year’s Hymn Sing has ended, the imperative need for global evangelism has not. We encourage you to engage with our partners in the effort, OMF International and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, to learn more about how you can pray, send and go to the neighborhoods and the nations with the good news of the Gospel.

This year OMF International and Getty Music are joined by the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary - SEBTS.
Growing out of the same passion God placed in the heart of their founder, J. Hudson Taylor, OMF serve the people of East Asia. Through building relationships, practical care, evangelism and discipleship, they work to see communities redeemed by the power of the gospel.
